International Meditation Program in Thailand

Mr. Atanu Pradhan, representing the Mogalmari Buddhist Association, had the privilege of participating in the International Meditation Program at Wat Mahathat Yuwaratrangsarit, Bangkok, at the kind invitation of the Embassy of Nepal, Thailand.

He had the honour of spending meaningful time with H.E. Mr. Dhan Bahadur Oli, Ambassador of Nepal, and engaging in a heartfelt discussion on Nepal’s rich Buddhist heritage and sacred sites.

A particularly significant moment was H.E. Mr. Dhan Bahadur Oli’s warm acceptance of the invitation to visit the Archaeological Buddhist Monastery Site at Mogalmari. His assurance that the doors of the Embassy of Nepal would always remain open to Mogalmari marked an important step towards strengthening cultural and Buddhist heritage connections.

Mr. Atanu Pradhan also expressed his sincere gratitude to Ms. Srijana Koirala, Secretary & Information Officer, Embassy of Nepal, Bangkok, for her kind support and wholehearted cooperation in making this meaningful engagement possible.
